Yep, the nearby real estate needed for the stadium


is valued around $200 million (avg. home value at $364,000). I'm sure most home owners would not sell for anything less than $400,000 and most would probably ask for $500,000 to $1 million for their property. Plus there's no guarantee that every homeowner would want to sell their property. Miami doesn't have the money for that. They would have to demolish some buildings on campus and replace them with high-rise dorms and classroom buildings. I think their chances of doing so are nil.
